Delivery Terms and Conditions

  • HOW DOES THE ORDER PROCESS WORK?

  1. Customer places an order via our website.

  2. Once we receive the order, we allocate it to our delivery schedule, usually done within 24-48 hours after delivery.

  3. Customer then receives an automated email  and text (if they have provided a mobile phone contact) with a delivery date. In most cases, a delivery time window will be included in the text.

  4. If the customer is not happy with this date, the customer can either suggest a new date or we can suggest the next available date. We are flexible in our scheduling and always accommodate different customer requirements.

  5. On the delivery day, the customer will receive a further email and text with an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).

  • WHICH FREE DELIVERY AREAS DO YOU COVER?

Berkshire Logs offers free delivery to the following local areas;

Wargrave, Twyford, Sonning, Know Hill, Nettlebed, Henley on Thames, Littlewick Green, Maidenhead, Bray, Bisham, Marlow, Little Marlow, Winkfield, Warfield, Binfield, Wokingham, , Winnersh, Arbofield, Shinfield, Three Mile Cross, Spencer’s Wood, Earley, Lower Early, Reading, Caversham, Emma Green, Binfield Heath, Shiplake, Kidmore End, Chazey Heath, Sonning Common, Sulhamstead, Winkfield Row, Finchamstead, Sunningdale, Bracknell, Sunninghill, Eversley, Swallowfield, Tilehurst, Ascot, Slough, Windsor, Burghfield Common, Mortimer, Calcot.

There is a condition that the order total must be £50 or more.

  • CAN I PICKUP FROM STORE?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service at the moment.

  • WHAT ABOUT NATIONAL DELIVERY?
